For example:  November is the Gratitude Challenge because of Thanksgiving.  December is the Stress Less Challenge because of the busy holiday season.  January is the Winter Wellness Challenge - you get the picture!  LOL  It is something fun we do that you can then repeat every year in the future on your own, if you would like to!
